| Building a Resume (Electronic or Otherwise) A resume posted on the Internet is called an 'electronic resume.' When you want to know how to create one, you'll discover there's no shortage of advice online. Sites will tell you how to do it and where to do it. They'll tell you the rules about scanning, and the rules about keywords, and so forth. Lots of advice. The question is: Is it good advice? Well, sometimes yes, sometimes no.
